How do I access the course after enrolling?

I'm thrilled you've decided to join our courses.

After enrolling, you must have received an email from Mastry, the details are in there.

Incase you can't find it, you can access the course materials by visiting learn.mastry.in. Simply enter your phone number to receive a one-time password (OTP) for login.

This will allow you to view all the courses you're enrolled in. If you are still facing any issues you can reach out to us at support@mastry.in I hope you find this process convenient and easy to navigate. 😃

What is the refund policy for the courses?

Typically, refunds are not provided due to the digital nature of our courses.

However, certain courses may have specific refund policies. I recommend checking the refund policy on the course's landing page for the most accurate information.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Generally, you will have access to the course materials for one year.

However, for few courses if it’s mentioned 'lifetime access' on the landing or purchase page, then you will have access for an indefinite period.

Regular course updates will be provided if specified; otherwise, the one-year access period applies.

What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing the course?

Is there a community or forum for course participants?

Yes, there is a dedicated community for each course.

For LIVE cohort courses and workshops, you will be added to the dedicated WhatsApp groups.

For all recorded courses, you can access the community section on the Mastry dashboard (learn.mastry.in). This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow participants and ask any questions you might have.

How often are the course contents updated?

I strive to update our courses every 6 months to all the necessary courses where updates are neededfrom time-to-time, bringing you the latest insights and techniques for an enhanced learning experience. This ensures that the course remains up-to-date each quarter.

However, I still recommend you to checkout the respective landing pages to know for sure if the respective course needs constant updates.

Are there any discounts available for bulk or group enrollments?

For inquiries about bulk or group enrolments, please reach out to me at support@mastry.in to get more details as it might vary based on courses and number of bulk purchases.

We will definitely offer some additional discount for more than 5 purchases.

What payment methods are accepted for course enrollment?

I offer various payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options for our courses. All these options are available on the respective course's payment page.

For our mentoring sessions, I use Google Meet and Zoom. The choice of platform depends on availability and technical suitability.

I recommend booking a speaking engagement at least 3 weeks in advance. Please note that I'm usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance, so it's advisable to plan ahead.

Absolutely, I can customize speaking engagements to cater to specific audiences or themes. My presentations are often tailored based on my experiences and knowledge.

What is your cancellation policy for speaking engagements?

I understand that plans can change, and I put significant effort into preparing for each session. As a result, advance payments are non-refundable to compensate for the time and effort invested. However, I do not charge any additional cancellation fees.

Do you provide any materials or follow-ups post-event?

Yes, I offer various resources for participants, which are delivered at the end of each session. If there are specific materials discussed relevant to your audience, I will provide them to you for distribution to attendees afterwards.
